At Orcaspace, every order is shipped plastic free to support a healthy carbon footprint. We use eco friendly materials primarily organic and manufacture under climate neutral conditions. Our collections are produced in limited quantities to avoid overproduction and minimize waste. We also ensure fair wages and safe working conditions for everyone involved in the production process. Sustainability at Orcaspace means respecting the planet and the people behind each product.

All Orcaspace products are made to order by our sustainable production partner. To avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste, we don’t keep large inventories. Each item is shipped plastic-free via DHL.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection or a change of mind. Please check our sizing guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will of course take responsibility. In such cases, the return will be sent to our address. Once received, please contact our support team with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll coordinate with our production partner to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
